Executive Director & Legal Director
Adeife Kokumo is a distinguished legal expert and accomplished executive with a strong foundation in corporate governance, legal management, and strategic leadership. She brings extensive legal expertise and a commitment to integrity, compliance, and organizational excellence to Moart Company Limited.
She holds an LLB and an LLM from the University of Lagos, as well as an LLM in Business Law from the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, UK.
Currently, Adeife serves as the Executive Director and Legal Director at Moart Company Limited, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring legal compliance across its operations.
Her expertise extends to contract negotiation, regulatory oversight, and corporate governance, making her a key asset to Moart’s leadership team. As a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), she is committed to upholding high standards of professional ethics and contributing to the legal profession.
